ADV summit Montenegro 2023

ADV Summit Montenegro – 2023

Every year, the summit is held at a different location. In 2023, we set up camp in Vojnik Mountain, the beautiful ethnic village of Vojnik in Savnik. It was easy for us to leave you breathless, and for you to go home full of impressions, given we had such fantastic hosts. The food was unreal, and the accommodation was excellent.

Day 1 (first day)

We started our perfect four days in nature on Friday by gathering and meeting new faces. In the evening, we hugged old friends and crowned the day with a captivating story about a trip to Small Asia by our friend from Serbia, David Brankovic, aka Stickman Tours. He shared lots of useful information and one great story.

Day 2

Saturday was marked by a very instructive, thematically prepared first aid course by our friend and biker, Dr. Petar Lakicevica, and his team from KCCG. After the first aid, we also had an off-road driving course organized by the Enduro Tours School, led by passionate rally drivers Gerhard Lilaj and Keijsi Hyseni.

Following that, we had the Aprilia Demo Day with the help of our dear friends Magnus Moto, where we had four new Aprilia Tuareg 660 and two RX125. Each camp participant had a chance to try out the motorcycles, get a taste of the new models, and give their opinion. All in all, it was a productive day. But that’s not all; at the end of the day, we had a lecture by Katarina Dubanevich from Belarus. I can rightfully say that this was the best lecture I’ve ever attended! The girl traveled across five continents, and the lecture was so dynamic that, at the moment, it seemed incredible. Picture after picture, state after state, city after city, at the end she received applause that lasted for five minutes – Truly an incredible experience for us.

Day 3

Sunday was dedicated to driving, a day that, despite such a varied program, everyone was looking forward to. Standard driving was divided into off-road and asphalt. The asphalt tour went around the ring around Durmitor and was led by Jestrovic Mitar. On that occasion, Jelena Janjetovic, aka fortitude.in.me, joined us as our official photographer. This year, we were reinforced by the Easy Production team for video and photo production, accompanying us to the mountain. Our official road captain Kazic Srdan and Resertar Marko (Base Camp Montenegro) took us to an eight-hour training session for all muscle groups. WHAT MANIAKS!!!

Luckily for us, our support team led by Zejak Drazen, a passionate lover of nature and jeeps, always had a cold beer to bring us back to life. And at the end of the day, the man who defended the colors of Montenegro at the summit this year, Blazo Milic, told the story of his trip around the world for 99 days. Not in this modern age of social networks and sponsors, but in his realization of the journey with three companions and a circle around this ball of ours. A deep bow!

Day 4 (last day)

Monday was dedicated only to saying goodbyes. We utilized the beautiful weather in the best possible way, of course starting the motorcycles and heading for the Bijela waterfall. This is how you should leave the summit – with the most beautiful pictures of nature and impressive memories. Full of impressions that only give us energy to work even harder and better in the coming years. Long live, and see you next year at the 2024 summit.
