1. Introduction

  • This policy outlines the terms and procedures for canceling motorcycle reservations.

2. Customer Rights

  • Customers have the right to cancel their reservation at any time, subject to the following conditions.

3. Cancellation Terms

  • More than 1 month before arrival: Customers can cancel the reservation and receive a full refund.
  • Less than 1 month (but more than 15 days before arrival): Customers will lose 15% of the total reservation amount.
  • Less than 15 days (but more than 7 days before arrival): Customers will lose 30% of the total reservation amount.
  • Less than 7 days (but more than 3 days before arrival): Customers will lose 50% of the total reservation amount.
  • Less than 3 days before arrival: Customers will lose the entire reservation amount (100%).

4. Deposit for Reservation

  • To reserve a motorcycle, customers are required to pay a minimum of 30% of the total amount as a deposit.

5. Cancellation Procedure

  • To cancel a reservation, customers should contact our customer support via phone or email.
  • A confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to the customer within 24 hours.

6. Reservation Changes

  • Customers may request changes to their reservations, such as changing dates or motorcycles, subject to availability and in accordance with this cancellation policy.

7. Exceptions

  • In case of extraordinary circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disasters), customers may request special consideration, which will be evaluated on an individual basis.

Responsibility and Cancellation Policy

Damage Coverage: In the event of any damage to the motorcycle, the deposit paid at the time of rental covers all repair costs. However, the client is required to provide a police report regarding the incident. Otherwise, the client is responsible for covering all damage costs.

Damage Outside Paved Roads: If the damage occurs outside paved roads, no insurance will cover the repair costs. The client will be liable for all expenses related to damage incurred under such conditions.

Daily limit: 300 km per day

  • Every additional kilometer is €0.30/km
  • No limitations on routing inside Montenegro

Boarding/service fee: €50 per rental

  • For early bookings (such as yours), this fee is completely free.
